kellysluxelife@magikdiva22 absolutely! The armpit to armpit measurement of the dress is 17.5", and the bottom of the bust panel (the tightest part before the open puff waist) is 16" laying flat. I hope this helps! ๐Ÿ’– Selkie brand sizing can be a little inconsistent and I would go off of the measurements of the dress, but their size chart indicates that a L is generally best for the following measurements: Across bust (fullest part): 39-41", Underbust: 33-35", Waist: 31-33.5"
