Fabric doesn’t have any stretch to it but does have a slight adjustable waistband area and also allows some wiggle room with how you tie it. Has a back tie strap and neck tie strap to adjust to your body’s comfortability and measurements. Length goes down to the ankles. Perfect spring/summer dress for going out, vacation, casual events, or the beach. Very vibrant. Not see through. Flattering silhouette.
