I live in Florida and collect vibrant Aline maxi skirts. One can get away with wearing them daily. The last photo is rather confusing. I don’t like flounces, ruffles, high shirted waists or tiered skirts. The preferred skirt is a simple flowy Aline. What is the extra fabric draped over the skirt?
