are these already broken in? I tried a size 9 on in the store tonight and they were huge on me. I could tell the 8.5 would fit me if it would go over my heel. = /

How do these fit in the wide part of the foot?

@danamoses444 they fit a medium foot, they aren’t stretched out and I would say if you’re a narrower foot you could add an insole to take up some space!
