NWT: I bought this dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner and it was a bit too snug around the neck for me! The dress fits more like an xs. The Vietnam brand does not do returns/exchanges and shipping takes a while. I had to pay duty fees on top of the expensive shipping so price is firm. The dress is see through and only comes with a nude mini skirt slip.
