Briggs 1990’s vintage era Polyester/ Spandex blend, Made in Ukraine This skirt is a burgundy red wine shade. It has a back zipper walking slit in back. It is high waisted, has darts for a fitted silhouette. The outer material is soft and almost suede like but lightweight. Pre-owned vintage condition & good.
