Double-layer chiffon over nylon with a wide cream floral lace waist panel, ruched bust, double shoulder straps with lace trim, and delicate scalloped hem. Empire-waist silhouette with a romantic 1960s goddess feel. Floats beautifully when worn. Small hole in chiffon overlay. See last photo. You have to know where it is to see it.
