@shayebeann my guess is f you wear it without something under it you can adjust it to cover you. But if you want to wear a shirt under it you can get that effect by maybe adjusting the straps. I see you can wear it alone which leads me to think it will cover your boobs. Hope that helps. You can also search if anyone else has this too with a different description. I want you to be happy 😊
