Self-Portrait Navy Lace Double Peplum Midi Dress

This dress from Self-Portrait has a lace top with double pepljm structure. It has sheer ladder trim at the chest with mining at the waist. It has a pleated midi skirt with thigh high slit. It is in good used condition but one of the lace flowers at the strap is missing the connecting thread to the next petal (see picture, not significantly noticeable to the design).
