Charming black dress with white polka dots. Handmade and no tag. Features a fitted waist, button-front closure, and a flared skirt for a flattering silhouette. Short sleeves and a notched collar create a classic, feminine look. Easy to dress up or down for day or evening wear. I haven’t measured it but would be happy to. Feels like 100% cotton. I belt this dress and for reference of fit I was able to confidently and comfortably wear this when me measurements were 34b/c-26-36 and when they were 38c/d-29-38 so I’d say this dress is a solid medium? Roughly size 4-6? I did get a pen ink stain on it as picture that has slowly faded with time and with a belt is not quite noticeable.
