jesoriHi, they are a large and not and extra large! Sorry for the mistake. The waist is approximately 19 1/2 inches across so that would put it at 39 inches, it does have a drawstring if needed. I have updated the listing with the correct info and pictures of the measurements! Let me know if you have any other questions.
