•2 Light/medium dark spots on the back left bodice and one spot on the back left sleeve near sleeve. One tiny light brown spot at center of back right bodice panel.
•2 light brown small stains on the front skirt
•Both armpit area's have extremely light sweat stains
• A couple small holes, none bigger than a dime, in the front lace by the neckline and about three inches below the neckline.

• Right center front waistband lace needs a couple stitches to bring the lace to the bodice (there is still a string holding it to the bodice but I wanted to note it)
•Collar lace in the front has minor fray or just wear to it in two or three spots, nothing unrepairable and very light.
•One tiny hole on the skirt center by the waist in the back
•Two tiny holes in the back left Flounce of the skirt.

•Three holes in the lace trim of the Flounce back skirt. Largest hole is about the size of just a little bigger than a quarter, and the others are smaller ranging about the size of a pickle or dime.
•Small hole where the lace and linen have been separated from the sleeve seam at the lower left back seam.

• I would encourage the new owner to sit with a needle and thread adding one or two stitches here and there where the lace is starting to show signs of separating from the linen but still have threads keeping it attached.
