Vintage Carol Anderson Rayon Acetate Blue Plaid Midi Dress Small

This dress is in excellent vintage condition. Measurements provided in photographs that fits to a 34 inch bust. That’s a tie in the back front pockets trimmed with a pretty yellow floral and a super micro blue plaid on the rest of the dress. Each button down the front are decorative and not functional, but they are unique. Two are fabric covered, and the other two are carved celluloid.
