Lightweight white cotton dress with a relaxed tiered skirt. Scoop neckline with subtle stitched and button details, and asymmetrical collar. Short sleeves and a loose, breezy fit. Simple and versatile summer piece. Made by a local (to me) dress maker and artist who is known for asymmetry, whimsy and high quality materials. She doesn't note sizes on her garments, but this fits an approx. size Medium, with a loose body and 18" across shoulders, 22" across chest, and 36" long.
