The XL fits a little snug on the hips. Just enough to cause some drag lines but it fits perfectly up top and in the shoulders. If I were to get it altered it would make a beautiful coat. The XXL is perfect if I want to go for this season’s “Shacket” look. It’s perfectly oversized. Either one works depending on the look I’m going for. The plaid is beautifully matched at the seams and the fabric is soft and fluffy. This is not a stiff coat. The lining is nice. It’s perfect for a Southern California winter. I have room for a sweater inside. It’s a keeper.
