Overall this dress is in great shape. However there's a 3 tears on the bottom hem. I've attached photos. One is about the size of a quarter, and then 2 much smaller tears. There's also a dark mark on the hem as well. Can be easily patched up. This is the only section of the dress showing signs of wear.
