Long Sleeveless mesh poncho

This was my sister’s and was gently used. I noted one small faint light spot on the back, by the neck. This may come out if washed. It goes on over the head and has no armholes, just a piece of material on the front and one on the back. I’m calling it a poncho but not sure that’s the right word to use … it’s really more of an accessory as it cannot be worn without something underneath. Maybe more of a cape?? It is a 1X but due to the style could likely work for other sizes too. My sister does not recall the price originally.
