Hi, can you confirm your Jolla paddle is authentic? Also does it have a V at the bottom of the handle so you can register it?
Can you also confirm it has never been used, in original packaging? Thank you

@pbiordi Hi there! I added a few photos--the outer shipping box from Joola and it's barcode sticker from Joola, as well as the end of the paddle. The existing photos show the original packaging, including the clear plastic around the grip tape. I haven't cleaned the paddle face, nor have I used this paddle, so what you see is what it is. It is like new condition, no rattling, no looseness, etc. The Joola warranty is non-transferrable from original purchaser, so receipt is not going with it.

@pbiordi I understand wanting to be sure. I’m not the original purchaser, but the paddle is unused and still sealed as shown. I’ve shared all available details in the listing photos.

I have every confidence that a person can have without being the manufacturer that this is a genuine Joola. If anyone is genuinely concerned, however, I would be happy after purchase to cut the protective film on the handle and record a video of scanning the NFC with the Joola app so you can see it get recognized by the app before proceeding. But I don't want to lose the in-new-packaging status when all the interior and exterior packaging, components, and paddle match Joola's exact offering.
