Light Summer Breezy maxi dress from Target (Universal Thread). Cotton Viscose Blend, with 100% Cotton Lining. The Cotton is pretty thin to it's very good for hot summer days but it is a bit delicate. Shirring in the back gives some flexibility in the bodice. Adjustable straps (similar to a bra). Sweetheart neckline. Easy to Dress up or down. I only wore this a few times, so in excellent condition.
