Up for sale, a Williams 2096 O Gauge Model Railroad BNSF EMD GP38 Diesel Locomotive w/Box As of February 2026 this engine was brand new in the box, sealed in the wrapper. We brought it home, oiled as directed in the instructions and when it the track it was super sluggish. It then began to run better but not correctly. We took it apart to find a stripped gear on one end. I suspect this may have been from the old harden grease. not sure needs repair. Otherwise perfect (See Pictures).
