It's quite possible I never wore this dress. The 'hanging plastic ties' are still on the shoulders - I usually cut them off pronto. Fabric is 100% poly, fully lined in same. Pullover style, scoop neck in both front & back. No pockets. Print on front only. Bustline measured 21.5" across. Length of dress from shoulder to hem is 36.75" measured on side seam.
