Top has elastic on the shoulders and can be worn, "off the shoulder", has balloon sleeves with button cuff, has ties in back, I think it can be worn "back to front" as well but not certain, there are darts on bodice in the front indicating ties are at back, there is gathering at sides of bodice as well.
