Handmade upcycled bright yellow gold full circle skirt with flounce & ruffle, M

This bright yellow gold full circle skirt was handmade by me from a thrifted tablecloth, and other thrifted fabrics in the flounce. All seams, including the hem, are serged. Fabric content unknown, feels like a cotton poly blend, has a nice feel. I CAN ADJUST THE ELASTIC TO A SMALLER OR SLIGHTLY LARGER MEASUREMENT, AFTER PURCHASE, BEFORE SHIPPING. I added an elasticated waistband, which will stretch from 30" to 38”. Alternatively, I can alter the waist to any smaller size after purchase and before shipping. Skirt length is 27”. Machine wash and dry. Custom orders accepted.
