gracefulclem Hi. Are you sure that this is European sizing and not Italian sizing? Italian 42 translates to a six whereas European 42 does translate to a 10 (but I definitely can’t do a 6). Unfortunately, I believe it is Italian.

kpett_87 You may be right about that. The Pit to Pit measurement is 17 inches. Most of my Large shirts are 19 inches. I remember trying the dress on and it was too tight but I can't wear a 10. I wouldn't be able to get a 6 over my head. I will try it again for perspective.
