These were handed down to me but are not my size. I'd be happy to take any offer, especially considering the stains.
Small stains on knees. It looks like white paint. I will update photos after washing.
These will be washed before I send to you.

Unfortunately no. I'm pretty sure it's white paint. I didn't attempt to pick it off. If you colored over them with blue, you might not be able to notice. I'm happy to accept your offer if you're still interested.
