New with tags size small from Lulus. White background with red and blue flowers. V-neck and sleeveless with little ruffles on the arm wholes. True wrap dress so it has an adjustable waist and ties in the back. Only call out is that it looks like the little loop on one side for the tie/belt is broken but you don’t need it to wear the dress. 100% rayon so really soft. Great little sun dress PTP across the back is ~15.5 relaxed but a true wrap style so there is some flexibility in the bust Length ~33
