Because it's a flower and more open bottom, it was hard to get exact waist measurements. If you'd like, I could measure the band or just below it and let you know. Thanks!

shoppeachhanger @dealovesb Hi, I measure pit to pit and waist measurements laying flat. The band measures approx 15" with slight stretch due to the smocking and elastic band i the back. I also measured below the waistband at approx 15.5". I hope this helps you! It's such a beautiful summer dress!
