New with tags, barefoot dreams, Malibu collection, long pullover dress. It is a bamboo rayon knit that is a semi-fitted, not oversized. It is meant to fall between the foot and knee depending on height. This is labeled a large tall but mediums may like it not so fitted. I have measurements in the pictures. It is called the Henely Indigo Soft Rib Dress. It is a very dark blue, almost black in certain lighting.
