DEI Dennis East Intl Whimsical Cat, Green With Fish Pattern and Wire Whiskers

This funny ceramic cat was part of the Dennis East International line of giftware. It has no label but research tells me it was likely released in 2003. Its hand painted green with fish pattern so does that technically mean he's a "cat fish"? His paw is bent in like he may be batting at fish in his dream. He has curly wire whiskers that add to the whimsical appearance. The cat is approx. 4.5 inches high and the length is approx. 7 inches from whisker to tail.
