Veiled/Ribboned Navy Wool "Church Hat" by Michael Howard

Very soft, beautiful 100% wool with satiny ribbon band Navy blue netting dotted with little navy puff balls can be worn up or pulled down 12" diameter; 3-1/2" high; brim 2-3/4" in front and 2-1/4" in back Oval opening for head about 7" long by 6-1/2" wide -- probably a medium Dark green grosgrain ribbon inside is sort of wavy but netting is intact and it appears the hat has never been worn
