Vintage Traces Size 12 Dress with Tag

My photos give it the look of royal blue, but its closer (at least on my monitor) to the 4th pic. Very pretty dress with a front button detail and shoulder pads. There is a hidden zipper in the back. This is in good, never worn, vintage condition. There is a small darkish spot and small lightish spot below one of the bottom buttons in front (last pic).
