I never saw these in person. I am thinking it must very water proof. Is the exterior a bit rubberized water? I live in S Florida. Often the rain pounds on you in sheets. Or is this more for light rain with a more porous material. Thanks!

Hi! Thank you for your question. I would say this coat is best for a light rain or drizzle. It is not rubbery like the raincoats that are made for heavy rain or prolonged exposure. I did a search online and it said it was "water resistant not water proof". I hope that helps!! Have a wonderful day! 🙂
