In great preowned condition! May show light signs of wear, but no major damage to note. Has both a hook-and-eye and zipper closure and adjustable straps. Hook-and-eye crotch closure with 3 different lengths. Very comfortable at the hips; I never felt like anything was digging in. Approximately 13.75 inches across the waist, but they have a ton of stretch! Please review photos and measurements carefully.
