Handmade Vintage Peach and Cream Off the Shoulder Lace Dress, size XS

This vintage handmade dress is gorgeous and feminine and truly one of a kind. Top has a little give to it but is more ruffled than elastic. Depending on your size & fit it can be worn off the shoulder or pulled up onto the shoulders. Has a sheer overlay and is fully lined. Back zipper with a hook and eye closure. No tags, so please see measurements. PTP is 16” & waist is 12.5”. It is lovingly handmade & in perfect vintage condition with no visible stains or flaws.
