Items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home and are all stored onsite. Some wool and cashmere items are stored in a cedar chest or with a cedar chip for protection and may have a faint cedar smell. If you need special shipping/packing due to inclement weather, please let me know. I ship smaller items in a polybag and larger items in cardboard boxes.
