Tiki beaded dress

Beautiful, black and beaded dress. Top is sheer bottom ruffles chiffon. Lining all the way to the bottom which could be cut to make the bottom see-through. Bead work is very detailed. Measuring across the shoulders to the edge of what would be the cap sleeve is 18.5 inches. It’s a pit is 17 inches where the ruffles start is 17 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress is 41.5.
