Some of these tops are specifically maternity workout tops and some are maternity friendly. I tried not to buy too many maternity clothes and used tops that were a size larger and loose in the belly for my work outs. They worked well for me and were comfortable. I am normally a size xs/s or 2/4 depending on the brand.
