Vintage Lefton Hand Painted Replacement Tea Cup 5804R Pink Purple Flowers

This is a vintage replacement tea cup from Lefton. I could not figure out the pattern but it has an all over leaf design with pink/purple flowers and gold trim. Hand painted and I believe it is from the 40s or 50s. Number on bottom of cup says 5804R. Measures a little 2 inches tall. Cup is in decent pre-owned condition with some signs of wear and age. Some of the gold trim is coming off. There are also a few all over marks and age spots. No chips or cracks. I've listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
