How large is the top of the dress because im small chested and cant wear dresses that are too roomy or loose up top and then its baggy and looks silly...like is it stretchy and snug or loose fabric ?

The fabric is very stretchy. I'm usually a size S and wear a size 27 in pants. I'm 5.7 tall, if that helps.
