Is this still NWT? And what is the material, any stretch?

it is! the tag has fallen off but the tag loop is still there and the slit in back is still stitched. I can't see that it has ever been worn. Shell and lining are polyester and since it is lined there is not any stretch. I see you made an offer but I will wait to hear that these answers work for you before accepting. let me know!
