This off-the-shoulder floral print blouse is from Tommy Hilfiger. The design features a "cottagecore" or bohemian style, with puff sleeves in mixed tones (green and pink) and a cream-colored bodice with red roses. The blouse is brand new with tags and has a small defect on the right sleeve, which you can see in the last photo.
