VTG Y2K Ruffled Semi-Sheer Snap-Front Cardigan

This wild Bohemian piece was a find on a PDX boutique crawl and I’ve still never seen anything quite like it. It’s an unabashedly romantic cardigan in a cherry chocolate brown, featuring contrast-trimmed ruffles from the collar down the snap-closure and trimming the hemline and cuffs.
