denaligirl62The handles are in good condition. It does not come with a strap. It’s navy. I can get the other information to you tomorrow. I’m not where I can measure it or give you interior pictures today . Thank you for your interest. It’s a cool vintage bag. It’s probably about 10 or 11 “ wide and maybe 12 high by say 3” across the base. But I will verify when I get back tomorrow. Ty
