Retro-Inspired Girls from Savoy Sleeveless Dress w/ Exquisite Embroidery 16W

Vintage yellow sleeveless dress with a high-waisted silhouette and pleated skirt. Large, intricate floral embroidery in shades of pink, yellow, and black adorns the lower left side of the skirt. This specific dress was sold at least 15 years ago at Anthropologie; it's from the brand Girls from Savoy.  The dress is made of chartreuse poplin fabric with no stretch and is sleeveless with wide straps. It has an A-line silhouette with a fitted bodice and a gathered waist that gradually widens toward the hem. Its most attractive feature is the distinct floral/medallion embroidery.  There is light boning in the bust area on both the front, back, and sides, as well as a zipper-and-metal-hook closure on the back. It has side pockets and a ruffle at the top of the bodice. The dress is well-constructed and has no noticeable flaws. However, the inside tags have all been cut out, so sizing is based on measurements, which were taken flat and are approximate. The bust measures 24 inches across the front and 18 inches across the back, for a total of 41 inches. The waist measures 19 inches across. There is slight stretch in the waist. The length of the dress from the top of the bodice to the bottom of the hem is  30.5 inches. The straps' "drop" is 9 inches. I place the size at 16W or 1X. Original price: $198.
