yv2005 No problem. I myself am sensitive to Nickle. Alot of silver jewelry is made with nickle. I'm assuming this is not nickle since I never had a reaction to it. However, I don't think it's sterling silver either since I don't see a 925 stamp. I wish I knew what metal it is so I can include it in the description. Good luck on your search and make sure it has the 925 stamp to ensure it's sterling silver and safe for your wife.
