Hi, me again, I know this is going to sound crazy, but... if you look at them, from a side view, does the bottom look "shinier" than the top? Kind of like 2 different materials? The reason I ask is b/c of multiple back surgeries, I've been wearing this style for a few years now, day in & day out, kind of like "slippers" in the house. I usually go thru about 4 pairs a year, as I can feel the foam start breaking down in about 2.5 months & get a new pair out.

Cont'd...about 2 years ago, I'd noticed they'd apparently changed the foam material & they were starting the breaking down after only about 5-6 weeks 🙁 sorry for the book, but I figured I'd explain why I was asking oddball ?'s 🤣
