These are upcycled jeans, meaning previously owned/preloved. Purchasing upcycled clothing is beneficial to our planet. All clothing is washed first thing upon bringing it to my home. All patchwork jeans have been washed and dried again after applying patches. However, some amount of fraying of patches may still occur after laundering which adds to the distressed look.
