Delicate Adorable 90’s vintage baby girl dress (or top), perfect for spring and summer. Made in the USA. Light pale blue, sheer, striped fabric with layered white lace. Large frilly lacy white collar with embroidered floral detail. Satin ribbon bow at the front. Full skirt with lace trim and soft ruffles. 50% Cotton 50% Poly blend. Dress is lined and buttons in the back.
In excellent vintage condition. Some slight snags in very under layer of fabric shown in photos.
