Its just a rare chic piece with full pleated voluminous puff sleeves tailored though out the body beautiful poplin cotton tailored with a , feminine look. Tailored bodice and defined bust seams create a flattering silhouette. There are actual black lace bra cups sewn in . Elongated full pointed collar and elastic detail in the back. has a peplum bottom Avante garde design. Please note the white is yellowed at the cuffs and neckline .there's a stain on the underneath bottom . Its been in storage 40 plus years .. so its faded over time ... very cool find for stylist and or collector
