Pucca vintage (has calendar from 2002 and 2003 inside) case with address book and note pages! Also has plastic zip pocket with Pucca on it! Measures 5 3/4" x 4 1/8". Has a slot on side for a pen or pencil which is missing. There are a few little losses to the yellow color behind the plastic on front near top left corner and a few on back. I think this is from it sticking to the plastic?
